Winter Update
Today was our last event for the year 2021. We presented a quick overview of (ISC)2 Hellenic Chapter actions and events since our last update, as well as actions that have already been planned for the near future. The Chapter has been hyper-active these past few months.
Tonight, our distinguished speakers, Christos Syngelakis and Lefteris Tzelepis gave us very interesting food for thought on the domains of third party risk and security culture. We thank them both very much!

Safe and Secure Online @ Scouts’ Conference
Our Chapter has been invited by the Scouts of South Attica to attend their 29th Conference.

Panel @ Bank Management Conference
John ILIADIS, a Board Member of (ISC)2 Hellenic Chapter, moderated a panel discussion with distinguished banking sector executives in this year’s Bank Management conference.
This panel discussed the IT strategy, methodologies and technologies currently being used by the banking sector to build secure, innovative, and customer-centric services while changing the banks’ modus operandi to confront with any obstacles that surfaced during the COVID-19 period. Topics of discussion included, among others: Data Analytics, Big Data, Information Security, Data Governance, Customer Segmentation, Enterprise Service Bus, RPA, Omnichannel, Customer Loyalty, Blockchain and Cloud.

It’s still October, our favourite month: CyberSecurity Month!
One of the events we ‘ve organised to celebrate CyberSecurity Month is a free CyberSecurity Awareness Training (in Greek) for Parents. It will take place online on Wednesday, October 27th, between 19:00 and 20.30.
Our own, Dimitris Georgiou and Panagiotis Soulos will be conducting the training.

Our Autumn Update 2021 took place yesterday, on the 23rd of September 2021. We enjoyed deep-dive presentations that provoked interesting discussions amongst (ISC)2 Hellenic Chapter members.
After presenting the latest Chapter updates to our members, Nikos Simos from Pylones Hellas SA delved into the intricacies of identifying unknown devices that access corporate applications and Dimitrios Synapalos from ALGOSYSTEMS S.A. presented a way to securely inject secrets in a DevOps pipeline. Vaggelis Kappas and Vangelis Kapsalakis, both admins of autoexec.gr, followed with a presentation of autoexec.gr actions that could be of interest to our members.

4. Ενημέρωση για τη λήξη της θητείας του απερχόμενου ΔΣ και της Ελεγκτικής Επιτροπής και για τη διαδικασία των αρχαιρεσιών για την ανάδειξη νέου ΔΣ και Ελεγκτικής Επιτροπής και εκλογή τριμελούς Εφορευτικής Επιτροπής για την εποπτεία των αρχαιρεσιών.
5. Έγκριση πίνακα υποψηφίων και ηλεκτρονικών ψηφοδελτίων για την εκλογή του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου και της Ελεγκτικής Επιτροπής και διενέργεια των ηλεκτρονικών Αρχαιρεσιών.
Χρήσιμες Πληροφορίες:
- Η ταυτοποίηση των μελών του Σωματείου θα πραγματοποιηθεί μέσω της ηλεκτρονικής διεύθυνσης email, που κάθε μέλος έχει δηλώσει στο Σωματείο και το οποίο με τη συμμετοχή του δηλώνει ταυτόχρονα ότι δίνει την συγκατάθεση του για να περαστεί το e-mail του στην πλατφόρμα καθώς και να λάβει το αντίστοιχο e-mail από την πλατφόρμα με το link μέσω του οποίου θα έχει τη δυνατότητα να ψηφίσει.
- Δικαίωμα συμμετοχής και ψήφου στη ΓΣ έχουν όλα τα μέλη που έχουν τακτοποιήσει τις οικονομικές υποχρεώσεις τους έως και τα μεσάνυχτα την Τετάρτη 10 Μαρτίου 2021 ή την Τρίτη 16 Μαρτίου 2021 αντίστοιχα σε περίπτωση επαναληπτικής ΓΣ, ενώ δικαίωμα ψήφου στις αρχαιρεσίες έχουν τα τακτικά, συνδεδεμένα και επίτιμα μέλη που είναι ταμειακώς ενήμερα ως ανωτέρω.
- Η είσοδος στην ψηφιακή πλατφόρμα «Microsoft Teams» θα πραγματοποιηθεί μέσω του link που θα σας αποσταλεί στο e-mail που έχετε δηλώσει, το αργότερο την ημέρα διεξαγωγής το πρωί. Οι αρχαιρεσίες θα διεξαχθούν μέσω της ψηφιακής πλατφόρμας ZEUS με μυστικό σύνδεσμο για την ψηφοφορία από την πλατφόρμα, που καλείστε να επισκεφθείτε για να ψηφίσετε.
- Δήλωση υποψηφιότητας μπορούν να υποβάλλουν όσα μέλη πληρούν τις προϋποθέσεις του Άρθρου 8 του καταστατικού, από σήμερα έως και τα μεσάνυχτα της Τρίτης 2 Μαρτίου 2021. - Η εκλογή των υποψηφίων γίνεται υπό την επίβλεψη της Εφορευτικής Επιτροπής ηλεκτρονικά μέσω της ψηφιακής πλατφόρμας «ZEUS» και κάθε μέλος δύναται να σημειώσει μέχρι 4 σταυρούς για τις θέσεις του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου και μέχρι 3 σταυρούς για την Ελεγκτική Επιτροπή.

Οδηγίες την ηλεκτρονική διεξαγωγή των εκλογών για το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο και την Ελεγκτική Επιτροπή
Η «Ψηφιακή Κάλπη Ζευς» είναι το πληροφοριακό σύστηµα που εξασφαλίζει την αδιάβλητη διεξαγωγή των απόρρητων ψηφοφοριών µε αµιγώς ηλεκτρονικό τρόπο.
Θα λάβετε σχετικό email που θα σας πληροφορεί για την ακριβή ηµεροµηνία και ώρα έναρξης και λήξης της ψηφοφορίας εντός λίγης ώρας από την ολοκλήρωση της συζήτησης των Θεμάτων της Ημερήσιας Διάταξης.
Στο µήνυµα περιέχεται ένας προσωπικός και απόρρητος σύνδεσµος (Link) στον ιστότοπο του συστήµατος “Ζευς” που οδηγεί στο ψηφιακό εκλογικό κέντρο µέσα στο οποίο προετοιµάζεται η ψήφος. Το ψηφιακό εκλογικό κέντρο θα ενεργοποιηθεί όταν η εφορευτική επιτροπή εκκινήσει την ψηφοφορία, δηλαδή την ηµέρα και την ώρα που αναγράφεται στο email.
Σημειώνεται πως θα χρειαστεί μικρό χρονικό διάστημα προετοιμασίας της Εφορευτικής Επιτροπής προκειμένου να αποστείλει με e-mail στα συμμετέχοντα Μέλη το μοναδικό link (σύνδεσμο), με τον οποίο θα ασκήσουν το δικαίωμα ψήφου μέσω της ψηφιακής πλατφόρμας ZEUS.
Διαδικασία ψηφοφορίας
Ι. Η διαδικασία υποβολής της ψήφου ξεκινά ακολουθώντας το σύνδεσµο ( Link) αυτό ως ακολούθως :
Α. Από το ίδιο τo µήνυµα του e-mail :
1. Την ηµέρα της ψηφοφορίας ανοίγετε το µήνυµα του e-mail που περιέχει τον σύνδεσµο (Link).
2. Τοποθετείτε τον δείκτη του ποντικιού επάνω στον σύνδεσµο και κάνετε αριστερό κλικ.
3. Ενεργοποιείται ο σύνδεσµος και µας βάζει στην Ψηφιακή Κάλπη Ζευς.
Προσοχή!!! Το πρόγραµµα πλοήγησης του υπολογιστή που θα χρησιµοποιηθεί για την ενεργοποίηση του συνδέσµου (Link) να είναι Mozilla Firefox ή Google Chrome.
ΙΙ. Επιλέγετε το εικονίδιο: «Συµµετοχή στην ψηφοφορία».
Στην οθόνη του υπολογιστή εµφανίζεται το ψηφοδέλτιο, καθώς και οι απαραίτητες πληροφορίες και οδηγίες συµπλήρωσής του.
ΙΙΙ. Επιλέγετε το εικονίδιο «Εκκίνηση».
εµφανίζεται στην οθόνη η αναπαράσταση του ψηφοδελτίου, καθώς και οι απαραίτητες πληροφορίες και οδηγίες. Ο ψηφοφόρος συνθέτει διαδραστικά (on-line) το ψηφοδέλτιο.
Στη συνέχεια επιλέγετε τους υποψηφίου. Αυτό γίνεται πηγαίνοντας το ποντίκι στο όνοµα του υποψηφίου και πιέζετε το αριστερό του πλήκτρο. Το όνοµα του υποψηφίου θα αλλάξει χρώμα και από μπλε θα γίνει πράσινο. Για να ακυρώσετε την επιλογή ενός υποψηφίου, πηγαίνετε το ποντίκι στο όνοµα του υποψηφίου και πιέζετε το αριστερό του πλήκτρο. Το όνοµα του υποψηφίου θα αλλάξει χρώμα και από πράσινο θα γίνει μπλε.
IV. Όταν έχετε ολοκληρώσει τις επιλογές σας πιέζετε µε το αριστερό πλήκτρο του ποντικιού το πλήκτρο «Συνέχεια».
Στην περίπτωση που πρέπει να αλλάξετε κάποια επιλογή, πιέζετε το εικονίδιο «Επιστροφή στην επιλογή υποψηφίων», ενώ εάν έχετε ολοκληρώσει τη διαδικασία κάνετε επιλογή του µικρού τετραγώνου (πράσινα γράµµατα) και εν συνεχεία επιλέγετε «Υποβολή ψήφου».
Το σύστηµα εκδίδει ψηφιακή απόδειξη καταχώρησης της ψήφου σε µορφή αρχείου κειµένου, την οποία ο ψηφοφόρος οφείλει να φυλάξει, καθώς είναι απαραίτητη για την υποβολή και επεξεργασία τυχόν ενστάσεων.
Κάθε ψηφοφόρος δικαιούται να ψηφίσει όσες φορές επιθυμεί, εντός του διαστήματος διεξαγωγής της ψηφοφορίας, ώστε να διασφαλιστεί η υποβολή της ψήφου του χωρίς καμία εξωτερική επιρροή. Κάθε νέα ψήφος διαγράφει την προηγούμενη, ενώ το αποδεικτικό της ακύρωσης της προηγούμενης ψήφου περιλαμβάνεται και στην ψηφιακή απόδειξη καταχώρισης ψήφου που αποστέλλεται στον ψηφοφόρο.

Μετά το πέρας της ψηφοφορίας και την καταμέτρηση των ψήφων και ψηφοδελτίων μέσω της πλατφόρμας ZEUS ο Πρόεδρος της Εφορευτικής Επιτροπής θα ανακοινώσει τα αποτελέσματα της εκλογής των μελών του νέου Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου και της νέας Ελεγκτικής Επιτροπής, τα οποία θα επικυρωθούν από το Προεδρείο της Γενικής Συνέλευσης.
